Reaching the Next Generation

Rob, the National Director, continues his travel around the Island communicating the vision of Pioneer Ministry, especially with key groups who will play a vital role in collaborating as Pioneer Ministry begins to build and gain momentum. One of these groups is the Church of Ireland Youth Department.

Recently, Rob was invited to speak to some of the Diocesan Youth Officers who gathered in Mullingar for the day. He spoke about the story and vision of Pioneer Ministry, and especially explored how Pioneer Ministry and CIYD can work together to share resources and reach those in the next generation with little or no communication to church.

CIYD are already pioneering in lots of ways across the island, bringing innovation and creativity to their contexts, so there are lots of exciting opportunities for collaboration and working together.

There’s lots of excitement in seeing how it this comes together as God’s plan continues to unfold as we all work together in a spirit of unity, so do join us in praying for all that lies ahead.
