ADVOCATES
In every Diocese, the Bishops have appointed at least one Pioneer Ministry Advocate. This person or persons will:
With support from the Pioneer Ministry Leadership Team, oversee the work of the Pioneer Ministry Hub or Hubs in their diocese
Act as the main point of contact within the diocese for the Pioneer Ministry
Be the primary contact for any person exploring vocation to pioneer ministry (i.e. equivalent of a Director of Ordinands or Warden of Readers)
Work with the Pioneer Ministry Leadership and be a part of the annual Interview process for potential Church of Ireland trained Pioneers
